1.1 Acceptance

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform or any purchases made after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Description

The Platform offers digital products and services including micro-courses, coaching, learning materials, and other resources. All content is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are clearly displayed and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before access or delivery.

2.2A Subscription Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions to Fathom automatically renew annually on the anniversary of your original purchase date at the then-current subscription price.

• You will receive a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before your renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via Account Settings with one click and no friction.
• Cancellation before the renewal date prevents the next charge. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
• No partial refunds are given for the unused portion of a billing period after the 14-day cooling-off window.

2.3 Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received. This does not signify acceptance.

3.1 Digital Products

Digital services and content are delivered electronically via the Platform or email.

3.2 Physical Products (If Offered)

If any physical items are sold, shipping options and costs will be provided during checkout along with estimated delivery times.

4.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility for refunds is at our discretion.

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your financial provider.

5.1 Ownership

All materials on the Platform are owned by Fathom or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

5.2 Licence and Use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for individual learning. Redistribution, reproduction, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

5.3 User Content

If you upload content to the Platform, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish it as needed to operate the Platform.

7.1 Google API Integration

Fathom integrates with Google Calendar through Google APIs. By connecting your Google Calendar to Fathom, you agree to the following terms.

7.2 Scope of Calendar Access

When you authorize the integration, you grant Fathom permission to read, create, update, and delete calendar events as part of goal-setting, task planning, and habit tracking features.

7.3 User Responsibility

Event modifications made through Fathom will directly affect your Google Calendar. Event deletions are permanent. Shared calendars and attendees may be affected.

7.4 Data Use and Privacy

Our use of your Google Calendar data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Google API Services User Data Policy.

7.5 Disconnection

You may disconnect your Google Calendar from Fathom at any time through your account settings or by revoking permissions in your Google Account.

7.6 Integration Availability

Google Calendar integration is provided as a convenience feature. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Google services.

9.1 No Warranties

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content or services for any purpose.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fathom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products/services purchased.

13.1 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Fathom regarding use and purchases via the Platform.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.

13.4 Assignment

Fathom may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights without our written approval.
